It is our pleasure to introduce Faith Community Christian High School!
We are providing this important information to you not only as an announcement of a new Christian high school but, more importantly, as a declaration of how God has opened the doors to provide quality Christian education for our community.
A short time ago a group of parents was faced with the sudden closing of a local Christian high school. They knew that there were few options for Christian secondary education in the South/Southwest County area. As Christians, they understood the biblical mandate making parents responsible for the education of their children. They also recognized the importance of establishing a high school with a distinctly biblical worldview.
We want to see students equipped to face the complex world ahead: with strong, personal commitments to serve and live for the Lord Jesus Christ; with thorough, strong, academic preparation; with increased personal and social responsibility; and with an accurate Christian world view.
Your gift is an investment in the future of quality Christian education in the community. It enables us to offer the curriculum, services, and programs that will help students reach their potential. While parents often make great financial sacrifices for their children to attend FCCHS, tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating a student. Thus, we need and appreciate your support.
FCCHS is governed by an independent school board comprised primarily of parents
whose children attend the school. These school board members include
a pastor, an attorney, a former social worker, a homeschool educator, an accountant,
and a management consultant. Our teachers are committed Christians who
feel called to minister to young people.
We welcome the opportunity to show you how FCCHS works with parents and teachers
to provide an exemplary, Christ-centered education, inspire students to excel,
and equip leaders for the next generation.
