Welcome to Faith Community Christian High School, the home of the Spartans. FCCHS, located in Fenton, MO near St. Louis, is operated by a parent-led school board that is responsive to the needs and desires of the parents, students and teachers. We believe in an innovative approach to education where students are excited about learning, challenged by the curriculum, and most importantly, taught a biblical world view which equips them to live Godly lives and spread the Gospel to an unsaved world.
Trivia Night/Silent Auction
Our 4th annual Trivia Night/Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, November 6. This is our main
fundraiser of the year, and it’s also a fun night of fellowship. Please start inviting your friends
and relatives to come to this event. Also, this is a reminder to start soliciting for donations from local
businesses. Donation forms are available in the school office. Please contact Ann Eaton through the school
office for further details.

Come and support your Spartans!
Our soccer team will be playing in their first tournament of the year this weekend in Collinsville. The team will be leaving immediately after school on Friday and then will play two games on Saturday. The volleyball team will play in their first tournament on the weekend of September 11 at Christian Academy. A schedule was emailed to all parents. They are available under the Soccer and Volleyball page on the school website. You can also pick up a schedule in the school office.
Upcoming Events
Pastor Appreciation Breakfast
Faith Community Christian High School will be hosting a pastor appreciation breakfast on Tuesday, September 21st at 7 am. We will be inviting pastors from the community to come share with us and learn more about the school. We would love to send an invitation to your pastor and youth pastor to be a part of this event.
A flyer will be available with the event information for you to give to your pastor as a personal invitation from someone who is part of the school family. The flyers will be available at a later date.
2010-2011 Fall Retreat
Our annual Fall Retreat is right around the corner. Please have your student at school by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday the 9th. We will be returning by 3:00 p.m. on Friday the 10th. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to provide snacks. We are still in need of bottled water. If you would be able to help with that, please bring it into the office at your earliest convenience.

A portion of the profit from your purchase goes directly to support the Faith Community Christian High School Athletic Programs. Also, shipping is free if you spend $75. You can help us succeed by purchasing, and then wearing and using the items you purchase. Thanks for your support!
Scarf Design Contest
We would like to remind you of the Scarf Design Contest that our athletic department is sponsoring this week. If you have any creative ideas, the information was sent in an email this week, or you can pick up a copy in the office. All entries are due in the office next Friday, September 3.

On Thursday, September 16th from 4pm until close, McAlister’s Deli
will be donating 15% of all receipts returned with this flier from Faith
Community Christian High School for its help in promoting our Dine-n-Ca$h program.

FCCHS Student Web Portal
At the 2010-2011 School Orientation Night, you were given a username login for our Student Web Portal. Using this online tool, you'll be able to access student schedules, grades, the 2010-2011 calendar, teacher assignments and report cards. You can access the Student Web Portal from our website.
